There’s little I love more than a relaxing Friday afternoon strolling through SoHo. While I keep pretty busy Monday- Thursday working long hours as an occupational therapist at a rehab facility, I usually reserve my Fridays to do whatever it is that makes me happy. I take these pleasures seriously. I work hard and play well. Of course some of these pleasures are higher-rated than others, but regardless of how big or small, they play a role in my overall happiness. Whether it’s seeing my Venti 3 pump classic iced coffee already made for me as I walk into my local Starbucks or the times I’ve laughed to tears on the phone with my friends. Moments like these are powerful in their own regard. They can be your recharge…your chance to reconnect with you.
While walking the Belgian stone lined streets of SoHo, I stumbled across a quote painted on a wall that was perfect for what I was there for. It read, “Happiness can be found in the smallest of things. It is our passion to transform your everyday routines into more meaningful rituals…”.
Hope you put your best foot forward
