First we’re hit by news of the pandemic, then lockdown and now quarantine for safety. This year has probably been one of the most stressful ones yet for us as a society to experience. While we enjoy the comforts of working from home, we are flooded by anxieties that come in different forms- unpredictability, change in routine and lack of social connections.
In addition to meditation, zoom parties and eating well to beat anxiety, there is a way to help curb deeper anxieties and maintain a consistent level of ‘calm’ in your life- welcome CBD. My only caveat is that they come in the purest form and you know how much I prefer added flavor. This hasn’t affected the interest of friends who’ve tried it, it’s only a matter of personal choice.
